Sorry I just piped in, but I was not aware this was available. I am
running FreeBSD with Sendmail as my mail server. I do have a windows
box with MacAfee, but I would also like to setup a virus scan on my
mail server as well. I already downloaded and installed clamav on my
machine. What else do I need in order for it to scan outgoing and
incoming emails? Will it protect my windows box? Are there any
other suggestions about controlling mail through my mail server? I
heard SpamAssasin (that one is obvious), but what does MIMEdefang do?
Thanks!
