Subject: [Nolug] Meeting suggestion!!
In the past we tossed around the idea of meeting outside of our standard
once a month meetings. I have recently found out that CC's coffee houses
have wireless and Ethernet drops at a lot of their tables, for free! How
about we have meetings there to support our local coffee house? There is
one on Magazine, by the whole food store, and there is one on Metairie
Road, by the railroad tracks. We can rotate to different ones to benefit
all members of the group. Does anyone else know of any other coffee shops
with wireless in their locations? It keeps the group out of the bars, for
those that do not approve, and it shows our support for spreading the
wireless community.
Just a suggestion!
