[Nolug] Topic Request: Asterisk: software PBX

Hello NOLUGgers,
I'm new to this list 'though I know some of you (hi Joey, Judson, Mischa,
Chris...). I just added a topic request here:

I thought I'd post it to the list to see if anyone else is interested in
this:

Is anyone else interested in the software PBX: [Asterisk
http://www.asterisk.org]? I'd like to get a box set up with Asterisk and
sign up for [voicepulse https://connect.voicepulse.com/] like [this guy is
doing http://www.reinvented.net/labs/article/1817]. He even has a cool
[AppleScript, XML-RPC, PHP and Asterisk solution
http://www.reinvented.net/labs/article/1824] for dialing a phone number from
Apple's Address Book.
