I can vouch for Shannon that this is legit. He works at LIGO in
Livingston and is a regular on BRLUG. SLU doesn't have enough Internet2
bandwidth for me to help. The point is to bypass LSU (and maybe LaNet) to
see where a bandwidth bottleneck to Caltech is occuring.
