[Nolug] Cox Problem?

Hi all.

I have 4 people calling me saying that they are having problems getting to my
mail server sometimes. They are all Cox customers.

I did a bit of troubleshooting with them. I show packet loss about 2 hops
from the user end. The users see the same loss when they traceroute out.

Two of these Cox users reported the problem. Cox blew them both away.

Then I looked around a bit and ran across these:

It seems that the problem is real and that Cox is ignoring it. My purpose in
posting here is to ask other Cox users if they are seeing this same problem.
