John,
Thank you for the information.

Perhaps you could provide real details so I can help resolve any issue that may
be currently happening?

BTW, the Cox network does not allow residential customer to use other pop
servers or relay through the Cox network.

Also, Would you please tell me how you know that Cox is ignoring any customer
issue? I do not wish to begin some flame war here, I would just like to know if
someone "is" ignoring our customers so that I can correct their actions.

Thank you,
Charles Jouglard

Hi all.

I have 4 people calling me saying that they are having problems gettingto my
mail server sometimes. They are all Cox customers.

I did a bit of troubleshooting with them. I show packet loss about2 hops from
the user end. The users see the same loss when theytraceroute out.

Two of these Cox users reported the problem. Cox blew them bothaway.

Then I looked around a bit and ran across these:

It seems that the problem is real and that Cox is ignoring it. My purpose in
posting here is to ask other Cox users if they are seeing this same problem.

Thanks,

John
