Perhaps you could provide real details so I can help resolve any issue that may
be currently happening?
BTW, the Cox network does not allow residential customer to use other pop
servers or relay through the Cox network.
Also, Would you please tell me how you know that Cox is ignoring any customer
issue? I do not wish to begin some flame war here, I would just like to know if
someone "is" ignoring our customers so that I can correct their actions.
