Slightly more than serving files.

The particular application is "ACT!" (for which there is no Linux server
version and our sales guy insists he needs). This includes an embedded
SQL Server. So, there are some local database accesses.

I don't know enough about ACT! or SQL Server to know if 64bit would make
a difference, but I suspect not.
