Because I have access to manage the firewall at my house
and at my work, I have a work around for Cox blocking port
80. At work, my firewall redirects port 80 to 5009 then
on my firewall at the house it redirects 5009 back to port
80 to my server behind the firewall. It works pretty
well too. But I doubt it will help you, I just thought
it was cool and decided to mention it!
