humm... I actually programmed assembly on a PDP-11/23 (aprox 1980).
If Katrina didn't get it, I still have one of the programmers reference
cards in a bin out in the garage...the 11/23 was a few years later than the
PDP-11. I wouldn't want to go back to "mini-computers" either.. but those
were the days.... Why(cough--wheeze), my computer had to walk through ten
feet of paper tape before it could get to a login prompt :-)
