Being the president of the ACM at UNO... I can tell you that a lot of the
guys CAN afford windows tools. Students get them DIRT cheap. In fact, MS
keeps emailing me about selecting a student to represent them on campus.
This student would have the power to give away MS dev tools. Or something
like that. I've been delegating those emails to the MS liking guy.

FYI, the BRLUG will be presenting to the LSU ACM chapter in November. You
guys should definitely do the same at NOLUG. Just call them up! Think about
it.. a room full of computer science students that can't afford development
tools for Windows. What could we say to these guys??
