The only Unix we run is AIX and Linux, on many critical servers, and i am
not worried. I talked to some IBM guys yesterday and officially they're
telling customers not to be worried in the least. Unofficialy, one of
the comments heard was "We have more lawyers than they do." Haha...
When IBM does settle this, i really hope the settlement provides some
protection for their Linux partners, Redhat, SuSE, and TurboLinux.
Otherwise, i think SCO will use any monetary settlement they get from IBM
to hire more lawyers to go after Linux distributions. Instead of
investing that money in their products. Pretty sad.
