That means the server is up and running and responding on port 2500. You
have a problem with the config somewhere. Yes you have to get the error
fixed, but the server is running. Note you have to be root to bind to
port 80 (or any port below 1024). I wouldn't be surprised if they had
port 2500 and most other ports blocked. You could run nmap against the
server and look for any ports (above 1024) that are "closed". Those are
open on the firewall, but nothing is running on them, so you could run the
wiki there.
