Hello.
I'm looking around for a trouble ticket system and I want to solicit
your opinions. Does anyone have any notably good or bad experiences? I
need something that ideally has a web interface, the ability to attach
pictures and lots of wiggle room for customizing fields. Pretty
reports are a plus. Free is great.
Right now I'm looking at Request Tracker and Spiceworks at the top of
my to-demo list.
